Our Vodka is a tribute to the elegance and thrill of motorsport, styled around the iconic JPS liveries of the late ’70s and ’80s. Just like those legendary black and gold Formula 1 cars, our vodka exudes sophistication, precision, and a touch of nostalgia.

Racing Rum
Born in the heart of the Caribbean and driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Racing Rum True Caribbean Cask Rum is a spirit where heritage meets precision. Distilled from the finest sugarcane and aged under tropical conditions, it matures gracefully in carefully selected oak casks, allowing the climate to intensify its richness and complexity over time.
Each barrel develops a character of its own deep notes of caramelised sugar, warm spice, toasted oak, and subtle hints of dried fruit brought together in perfect balance. The result is a luxuriously smooth, full-bodied rum with a refined depth and a long, elegant finish.

Bringing the Heat.
If you know me, you’ll know I’m passionate about racing, the Caribbean, authentic cooking, and, of course, a great hot sauce (or chilli sauce).
Back in 2016, I met Niall at his first event as Screaming Chimp. I picked up a bottle of his original sauce, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! Not long after, we met again, and after learning about the quality and care that went into his sauces, I couldn’t resist trying them all. Bag in hand and lighter in pocket, I walked away with the full set.
Fast forward a few years, and our paths crossed again. This time, we got talking about creating a boozy hot sauce, Caribbean-style. It didn’t take long for us to strike a deal: I’d provide the booze, and Niall would create the magic.
