Our journey is powered by three key partnerships. We team up with Screaming Chimp to craft our bold, flavour-packed hot sauces, combining fearless heat with layered complexity. For our signature Mama Juana, North Dene Honey supplies premium raw honey, adding natural richness and authenticity to every bottle. And for our indulgent Toffee Vodka, Two’s Company Bakery provides handcrafted raw toffee, giving it that unmistakable depth and sweetness.

Together, these collaborations allow us to push boundaries, celebrate quality ingredients, and create distinctive products that stand apart.

Screaming Chimp Chilli Sauce Ltd have won condiment brand of the year three years in a row, with their eye catching and unique range of chilli sauces.

Based in the green and leafy County Durham, Screaming Chimp Chilli Sauce Ltd is a cottage industry making artisan chilli sauces.
According to the story, a kind friend gave Niall some chilli seedlings to help with his depression, later, his sister asked him to make a man v’s food challenge sauce for a chicken wing challenge. A couple of months later whilst out on a walkwith friends and their children they were all trying to decide on a name for the now “Original hot Sauce”. The owner, Niall was teaching his friends children how to blow on a blade of grass between his thumbs…

“Ha ha that sounds like a screaming chimp” and Screaming Chimp Chilli Sauce was born.

Some of their sauces include Screamer and Chimpionnaise, they also make Chimpion Chilli Oil and Chimpotle said Chimp-oat-lay(both Great Taste award winners), all made using both home grown chillies and chillies bought from U.K.chilli farms.

We’re Ayla & Mari two busy mums who met through our youngest children and quickly bonded over baking (and a good chat over coffee).

What started as making treats for friends and family soon turned into something much bigger.
Ayla brings the bold, indulgent flavours from the States the kind of bakes that are big, nostalgic, and a little bit over the top in the best way. Mari brings the Yorkshire touch comforting, familiar flavours that feel like home.
Together, we’ve created Twos Company Bakery combining American-style bakes with a Yorkshire twist. We’re all about big cookies, proper tray bakes, and treats that feel a little bit special, whether you’re sharing them with friends or sneaking five minutes to yourself.
Everything we make is handcrafted in small batches, with a focus on flavour first (always). From ourJumbo American muffins to giant “New Yorkshire Cookies” to our tray bakes and seasonal specials, we want every bite to feel like a treat worth having.

You’ll usually find us out at local markets across North Yorkshire, or you can order from us online for delivery across the UK.
