If you know me, you’ll know I’m passionate about racing, the Caribbean, authentic cooking, and, of course, a great hot sauce (or chilli sauce).
Back in 2016, I met Niall at his first event as Screaming Chimp. I picked up a bottle of his original sauce, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! Not long after, we met again, and after learning about the quality and care that went into his sauces, I couldn’t resist trying them all. Bag in hand and lighter in pocket, I walked away with the full set.

Several months ago, Niall crafted the bold and fiery Caribbean Heat hot sauce. But we didn’t stop there. Like any great collaboration, the journey continues — and now we’re thrilled to introduce Screaming Mary.
Inspired by the classic Bloody Mary cocktail, this unique creation is made with our Pure Vodka and brings a whole new dimension of flavour. It pairs beautifully with white meats, works wonders with shellfish, and adds an unforgettable twist to a Bloody Mary.

This is a true Caribbean style hot sauce with a racing finish. Great for a BBQ with ribs and any chicken and even burgers.
Introducing Merry Juana
This is Christmas in a bottle – but with a wicked kick. We’ve blended cranberries, ginger, and a touch of cinnamon with the citrus sparkle of orange juice and the golden sweetness of Demerara sugar. Then we turned up the festive fire with Aji Lemon chillies, finishing it all with a deep, warming pour of our Black Edition Mama Juana rum.
The result? A rich, tangy, and spirited sauce that brings holiday cheer – and heat to any dish. Perfect with roast meats, cheese boards, or that leftover turkey sandwich.
